Login credentials are needed to access Document Self-Service.

To Login:

Select Active Directory from the dropdown box
Enter your SSD Username (omit the @ssdmo.org from the end)
Enter your SSD Password
Click Login

Inactive Employees:

Click the Authentication dropdown box, select MHC KBA, then click the "Register User" link below to complete your one-time registration.
